What if I can’t afford your services?

Well, call me anyway. Depending on your financial situation, we may be able to discover an acceptable arrangement. If we are not able to come up with an arrangement, I could refer you to therapists who may be able to accommodate your financial situation.

What happen if I need to reschedule or cancel?

That is not a problem. Clients who need to reschedule can easily do so via the client portal. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

*Cancellations made within the 48 hours period will be subjected to our late policy.

Do you offer teletherapy services?

Yes! Due to the pandemic, all services will be virtual until further notice. This gives you the opportunity to go to therapy from the privacy of your own home.

How long can I expect to come to therapy?

Great question! There is no definitive answer to this question, but we can work together to help you make the best choice for yourself and your mental health.

What is the process to start therapy?

All clients are required to participate in an initial intake assessment. After the intake assessment is completed, clients can start therapy right away (one day after the intake).

I’m feeling anxious about starting therapy. Is that normal?

Being anxious is very normal. It’s important to know that you are in control of the process and your comfort and trust is of the upmost importance to me. I respect and acknowledge that you are the expert on your life, and want to help you strengthen or regain the power to Break your Barriers.
